It’s LGBT.
Not GLBT. GLBT is some bullshit. It sounds too awkward to pronounce. LGBT has the best sound because the letter “L” has a voweled starting-point: “el”… Therefore it’s much easier to transition into the soft g sound (thanks to the French dʒ enriching the English language). G, B & T also all end on the same vowel, thus making it all very poetic. So, therefore!

I’ve also seen people say that the GLBT order privileges gay men (who already get the most attention).
