Also, much like the NOI, there's more to Rasta than just a set of spiritual beliefs. Dreadlocks are a sign of Black power. While there's theoretically nothing stopping White people from following it, considering it started off among poor Black Jamaicans - and that repatriation and Afrocentricism are a fairly central themes - I can't really see a) why they'd want to or b) how it isn't creepy.
Yeah, it seems to be problematic all round really.
