There are times when commenting that you dislike an element of someone’s presentation isn’t ok
Like, if it’s culturally sensitive, or potentially triggering, or if that thing has a history of being disliked for racist/sexist/cissexist/etc. reasons.
In those cases, keep your mouth shut.
But when it comes to people like Amanda Palmer with all her privilege? That woman has done more damage through her ableism, racist and general fuckerage than I’d ever be able to do by being a bit mean about her shittily-drawn eyebrows. She doesn’t know who the fuck I am, she’ll probs never read this, and if she does- OH WELL. Gutted, innit?
