WOW see the OP is taking these things out of context to try to get people on their side without mentioning the fact that these things were (arguably) done, like hairypitsandtits said, by a POC to a white person who was being racist. I say “arguably” because it’s really fucked up to take someone saying “I hope you die” after explaining how white supremacy has almost killed them numerous times, and calling that a “death threat.” That is taking the term “death threat” so lightly that it’s disgusting. White supremacy is a death threat. A POC saying “I hope you die” to a white person isn’t a fucking death threat. And the misgendering is whatever. IT’S WHATEVER. BECAUSE OF THE CONTEXT. Sorry but a non-cis (I know they don’t want to be called trans but I’m not sure how to say this but this person does not have cis privilege which is important to the context) POC half-accidentally misgendering a white trans person is whatever. The fact that this white trans person tried to use it to make the POC seem like a bully is fucked up. Context matters. I’m saying this as a white trans person—feel free to let me know if my whiteness means I’m out of place here, but I just wanted people to know that I’m DEFINITELY not a cis person saying misgendering doesn’t matter in this context. I’m a trans person saying the misgendering that occured DOESN’T FUCKING MATTER IN THIS CONTEXT.

You know what this reminds me of? White feminists trying to call black women sexist for calling white women “bitches.” Nope. Not sexist. Privileged people do not get to police the ways that oppressed people respond to that oppression.
